A scientist specializing in the HIV cure field, Dr. Marcella Flores leverages her diverse background as an entrepreneur and a strategist at a large non-profit to impact health outcomes in vulnerable populations. As associate director of research at amfAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research, Dr. Flores co-develops the strategy aimed at finding the scientific basis of a cure for HIV by 2020.
